Waste Fluid Treatment
Waste Ultrafiltration systems, Chemical Demulsifiers and/or Centrifuges are used to convert spent coolants, oily wastewater, waste oils and other waste fluids from a liability to a commodity at numerous manufacturing facilities. Oily wastewater is purified to an acceptable condition for reuse or sewer disposal, while waste oil is treated to contain less that 1% water and solids so it may be inexpesively disposed or sold at a profit.

Lormar Ultrafiltration of spent hot mill and machining coolants minimizes disposal volume. The resulting permeate meets stringent requirements for sewer disposal. It can also be used in cooling towers or with subsequent activated carbon treatment, as make-up water in other areas of the plant.
